as big as my hand, you know...

Megi

Everybody's waiting for the hurricane saying me "Hi Monica, welcome to China" with its own words...

Health check

Adesso pure in Cina.
In compenso, ci vedo benissimo:)

Fish:)

the fish is so fresh that jumps out and keep on moving in your bag until you kill it and eat it. do you have some problems with raw fish? then die! muahahahaaaa... no, really, it's better you don't have ANY problems in eating it... anyway, after only one day and a half, it's already getting better;)

going to the market...

everything is sooooo fresh!!!! thousands of thing I don't know what they are (in any language). Now, should I learn what they are in Chinese, English or Italian?! it's not an easy task! the only thing I have to do is just try them, not all together, and remember what I like and what I don't.

ok, now fill it.

I couldn't survive without my colleague Lydia. Thank you Lydia!

HK bus

Absolutely felt in love with it at first sight.

Entering Hong Kong and China, I had a strage deja vu... I was feeling a certain atmosphere... difficult to explain, I would say half Blade Runner (the balconies are so similar to the ones of the movie!), half futuristic videogame (who knows why, I think that's due to my visual memory), with big streets, not many people, grey buildings suddenly colorful because of some little shops, covered sky but a bit windy... strange color. moreover it' warm and I like it;) but wooouu, the building around here are SO high!

Hong Kong Dollars

Doha International Airport

Doha International Airport, people from all over the world, there is even a mosque in the gates area!
Suggestion: DO NOT ENTER THE SMOKING ROOM!

Lugano - Zhongshan

Ni Hao:)
after different kinds of burocratic and unjustified troubles, I'm finally in China. Exactly 24 hours after leaving from Lugano! I started with bus, then flight with Qatar Airways (enjoying 3 movies;)), change in Doha, flight again, to Hong Kong, taxi, then boat, to go to Zhong Shan. Every step needed a form to fill to certify you are going in and out of a Country... result: I was exhausted. (I couldn't sleep on the flights and I admit that being tired and not being able to sleep it's really frustrating!)

packing...

I'm going to China...

Cari amici, parenti, colleghi e conoscenti,
